At LG Soft India, we develop LG GSM mobile handsets that set the ball rolling in continents like Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia regions to name a few. These mobile handsets use state of art technologies and platforms that are proven in the industry and field, and of course offer numerous advantages such as plug-and-play and short time-to-market and development needs combinations. The GSM development and testing team together are balanced to achieve the market needs, and we do both development and testing at our Bangalore facility with a 150 member strong skilled work force. The platforms we work on are typically TTPCom & TI, and domain-wise we cover virtually all components of the mobile - Call Layers, Browsers, Messaging, Multimedia, Gaming & Java. The teams do hands on development in all the areas and create Country specific software versions for different regions such as UAE, Turkey, Morocco, South Africa, Australia, Singapore, Iran etc. to name a few. This country adaptation activities actively involve requirement capturing, planning, design, development and testing activities that go on a product road map to achieve the deliveries and of course with a stringent quality goals and test cycles. The core of the LGSI mobile division - we develop feature packed mobiles - and deliver them to the end user. To name a few handsets already developed and in the pipeline: L3100, C3100, C1100, F2100, C3400, F2400, B2000, B2100 to name a few that are already in the market and bringing success stories to us.
