3G Labs, LGE is an R&D team focused on development of 3G mobile solutions. 3G labs develop various multimedia solutions, which enable the 3G handsets to play multimedia content like mpeg-4 video, mp3 audio and various other media formats (Wav, MIDI, AMR, etc). 3G lab needs a Wave GSM decoder (Regular Pulse Excitation - Long Term Prediction) to play GSM encoded wav files.
